Love for Laundry: Folding Hail Mary’s
Laundry: a never-ending task,
Looming over me, growing beside me,
Requiring my time and lots of energy.
How can a mother embrace this job?
Quietly, I pray.
Folding my family’s clothes,
I think of them and of you, Lord.
Thankful for this blessing;
The awesome privilege
Of caring for them!

How's your Lent going?

So, how is Lent going so far in your domestic church? Would you like to share some of what you're doing to foster the spirit of almsgiving, fasting, and prayer?

I think Bl. Mother Teresa can help us on our Lenten journeys. So, I offer this video of my recent appearance on Fr. Benedict Groeschel's show on EWTN, "Sunday Night Prime." In it Fr. Benedict and I chat about dear Mother Teresa. I hope you enjoy it.
