My daughter is getting married!

Only one week until I leave to travel out-of-state with my family to my beautiful daughter's wedding!

A few weeks ago I was able to pull off a surprise Bridal shower for her.

Remembered to get this quick photo after the festivities
and before she needed to get back on the road to go home

Did you know I have been growing lemon verbena and lavender for her bridal bouquet? My daughter asked me to and will add some sprigs of each to her bouquet which will be comprised of gorgeous flowers she is growing on her farm.

These lavender and lemon verbena plants are much larger now

One of the flower types for the bouquet

Another flower to be added to the bouquet

Trust me, there will be many more gorgeous flowers adorning my daughter's bouquet as well as on all of the tables at the reception.

Well, the Mother of the Bride finally got her dress! I have been wondering when I would have a chance to finally get one and it all worked out. I found a pretty dress after returning from my recent trips. Now I have to figure out the shoes since the reception will be held at a beautiful farm in a rustic barn. Heels won't work well walking around on the soft ground nearby the barn. I think I'll bring a pair of flats to change into, as well as some casual clothes for the festivities afterward.

God bless and hugs,
